Founded in 2022 in Macomb, Michigan, VendingOps was born from a simple yet powerful idea: create vending management software that works exactly how vending operators need it to. Now headquartered in Savannah, Georgia and operating under the umbrella of VendTech Technologies, we’ve built a platform that’s mobile-first, intuitive, and supported by a team that knows the industry inside and out.

What sets us apart is simple: we’ve lived the vending life. Our platform was built by experienced vending operators who understand the day-to-day challenges of the business. That’s why over 85% of our web app’s functionality is available on mobile — because we know our customers are always on the move.


While other platforms can be hard to configure, difficult to navigate, and light on support, VendingOps is the opposite. We made setup seamless, built the interface to be intuitive, and staffed our experienced US-based support team to be available 12 hours a day, Monday through Friday.

Our Team

Our software is led by Jason Diegel, a veteran in enterprise inventory management and a former vending operator himself. His rare blend of tech expertise and real-world vending experience has been critical in shaping VendingOps into a powerhouse platform.

Bryan Grasso-Shonka heads our operations unit. With over a decade in vending and a strong background in data and analytics, Bryan has helped create a support experience that’s second to none — fast, reliable, and always listening to customer feedback.

Chad Sarver Jagerson heads up our support unit. With years of experience working on vending machines and supporting vending operators in various roles, he now heads the team that works to make sure customers get the help they need when they need it most.
