Reports & Analytics
Reports are a great way to dive into the data and find nuggets to improve your overall performance. We will be adding many new reports overtime and are partnering with our users to build the most valuable reports. One unique report that we have now is a Sales Velocity report that not only tells you which products are selling the most / least, but also considers what duration the product was actually available to the customer to purchase and tells you how fast they are selling.
Planograms
Planograms are a planned layout for a vending machine. In an ideal world the vending machine would always be Planogram compliant and most software on the market expects that. VendingOps is unique in that we utilize planograms for planning and exception reporting, but we base sales on "Realograms" which may vary from the plan so that you have an true view on what sold and when
Pick Lists
Combining what is current stock levels of the vending machine with the planogram you can access pick lists through our mobile app. We also allow you to update the items / qty you pick for the many cases. This allows you to accurately manage warehouse inentory and makes the restock invnentory check much more accurate vs assuming fill to planogram
Scheduled Visits
Once you have picked the items, drivers can access the Scheduled Visits on the mobile app with a detailed view of what items are picked and for what location. The inventory will automatically be updated per the items picked, but if the driver needs to adjust he can easily update the real inventory while there. This includes the ability to have more than one product in a single position. A feature most other vending apps do not account for.
Shopping Lists
Shopping lists are generated in real time based on your current inventory on hands and custom ordering rules which you control. Ordering rules are easily created with our wizard and can be based on recent sales for a product / category.
Customer Feedback
VendingOps will give you access to a QR code for each of your vending machines. This is not only convenient for you, but most customers also prefer this method of comminucation vs a phone number
Place the QR code on the vending machine.
The customer scans the QR code and can provide feedback for: Needs Restock, Product Suggestions, Problem, or Genral Feedback.
You will be notified when feedback is recieved and can view the feedback in the mobile app.
Warehouse Inventory
VendingOps gives you the tools to accurately manage your on hands inventory levels
Add Inventory: New shipments of products are easily entered to update inventory levels through our mobile app
On Hands: Easily view your on hands through our mobile app and make adjustments if required
Cycle Counts: Do a full count of one or more categories and review any variances from current on hands. Update the on hands based on the refreshed count
